If paying by cheque we accept two payments, the first, the date
of registration with the second cheque postdated for August 31,
2009.
Rep Fee ($150) payable November 1, 2009 for those
on Rep teams.
NOTE: ALL FIRST TIME REGISTRANTS to Wilmot Girls Hockey must
supply a copy of a BIRTH CERTIFICATE with Registration, new
players will not be able to play until birth certificates are on
file.
Note – we will have dates
coming up where we will be available to receive payments in
person as well as copies of birth certificates. Please keep
checking the website.
If Coming From another center - you must provide a
PERMISSION TO SKATE
at tryouts and if selected for a team, must provide a
RELEASE from your
previous girls hockey team. If coming from boys hockey, no
release is required.
Refund Administration Fee after September 1, 2009
is $100 - no refunds after Dec 15/09
After Sept. 8, 2009 there will be a late fee of $30.00 for late
registrants. Note, first time registrants will have the late fee
waived.
NSF Charge is $15
