A
fundraising fee of $65.00 per player will be charged this
season. The fee is mandatory and to be collected by October 16th,
2010. Players will be offered raffle tickets which they may
sell, should they choose, to offset this fee.
If paying by cheque we accept two payments, the first, the date
of registration with the second cheque postdated for August 31,
2010.
Rep Fee ($150) payable November 1, 2010 for those on Rep teams.
NOTE: ALL FIRST TIME REGISTRANTS to Wilmot Girls Hockey must supply a copy of a BIRTH
CERTIFICATE with Registration, new players will not be able
to play until birth certificates are on file.
If Coming From another center - you must provide a
PERMISSION TO SKATE at tryouts and if selected for a team, must provide a
RELEASE from
your previous girls hockey team. If coming from boys
hockey, no release is required.
Refund Administration Fee after September 15, 2010 is $100 - no
refunds after Dec 15/10
After Sept. 15, 2010 there will be a late fee of $30.00 for late
registrants. Note, first time registrants will have the late fee
waived.
NSF Charge is $15
